We want every rider to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.
If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Support team for pre-approval.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

Quality-Related Issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional issues not caused by human damage

  • Items damaged during transport

  • Incorrect item received

Please notify us immediately with clear photos or videos so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind)

Non-quality returns are accepted within 14 days, provided that:

  • The product is unworn, unused, and unopened, or

  • The bike has less than 10 miles on the odometer

  • The item shows no signs of wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, scratches, or modifications

  • All original accessories are included: charger, keys, hardware, manuals, etc.

  • Packaging remains intact and undamaged


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following cannot be accepted for return:

  • Products from unauthorized resellers

  • Damage caused by human misuse or improper installation

  • Opened or used items exceeding acceptable condition

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Sale items, gift cards, giveaways, free items

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Describe your issue and provide photos/videos if it’s a quality concern.

  2. Await Approval
    Our team will reach out by phone or email with next steps.

  3. Receive Return Label
    Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
    (Customer-paid returns will not be reimbursed.)

  4. Inspection Upon Arrival
    Returned items will be inspected to confirm condition.

  5. Refund issued
    For eligible returns, refunds are processed within 3 working days after inspection.


4. Return Shipping Fees (Non-Quality Issues)

Below are the standard return fees for customer-initiated (non-quality) returns:

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for customers who wish to change colors or models.

Within 14 Days

  • Same model, different color: $200 per item

  • Different model: $200 per item + price difference

Over 14 Days

  • Exchanges are not accepted.

Exchange eligibility requires:

  • Original packaging

  • Unused condition

  • Less than 10 miles on the odometer


6. Order Cancellation & Special Situations

Order Cancellation Window

Order Processing Time: Within 48 hours. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping time will be clearly noted on the product page.

Customers may cancel their order within 3 days of placement. Cancellations are also accepted at any time before shipment, provided the request is made within the cancellation period.

Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping: 5% processing fee

  • After shipping: $200 per bike shipping fee

Change of Delivery Address

  • $20 per item

Package Refused by Customer

  • $200 return shipping fee
    or

  • $200 additional fee for resending the package

Lost or Undeliverable Package

  • Free reshipment or full refund


7. Refund Guidelines

Quality-Related Refunds

  • Within 14 days: Free return or exchange

  • Over 14 days: No returns; exchange or partial refund only

Non-Quality Refunds

Accepted only within 14 days under unused/like-new condition.

Price Difference Refund

  • Within 7 days: partial refund available

  • Over 7 days: price difference not refundable (a free gift may be offered)


8. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note your bank or card provider may require extra time to finalize posting
